KSA 100

The KSA 100 (Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes) framework, introduced by EASA, evaluates overall pilot competence—especially in ATPL integrated MPL or modular courses. Not a standalone subject, but an integrated set of cross-functional competencies developed and assessed throughout training. We prepare instructors to apply these concepts effectively in their careers.
